1. Free access before Pro
ClarUP is designed so you can see first-fit direction before paying. You can use the starter profile and quick career matches without buying Pro.
Pro is for users who want deeper confidence — your top-5 career matches with full reason paragraphs, skill-gap priorities for your top career, and a starter 30·90·365 day career plan.
2. The 7-day refund window — no questions asked
7-day refund, no questions asked
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll approve it — no questionnaire, no friction. The only exception is below.
We auto-approve refund requests submitted within 7 days. The one explicit limit: if you've already downloaded your full 9-page PDF DNA report, that counts as taking the deliverable home — refunds in that case are reviewed individually.
3. The single eligibility rule (and the rest is on us)

The 9-page PDF is the main Pro deliverable. Downloading it counts as taking the product home — refunds after PDF download are reviewed case by case.
Everything else is auto-approved
Browsed Pro features? Took the simulations? Saw the skill roadmap? Doesn't matter — within 7 days, refund approved.
4. How to request a refund

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Banking timelines can vary by payment method.
5. Expiry is different from a refund
ClarUP Pro does not auto-renew. Your access simply remains active until the end of your paid term, which you can review in Portal Settings.
Important distinction:
- There are no future renewal charges in the one-time Pro model
- Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid access period
- Expiry or non-renewal does not automatically create a refund
6. Exceptions and review cases
We may still review and approve refunds outside the normal fast-refund conditions for cases such as:
- technical issues that prevented normal use
- billing errors or duplicate charges
- unauthorized transactions with credible evidence
