2. Pro Subscription Refunds
3-Day Refund Window (With Conditions)
Monthly Pro (₹249/month):
- Eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase
- Refund available only if you have not accessed Pro-only content
- After 3 days or any Pro content access: No refund, cancel anytime
Yearly Pro (₹2,490/year):
- Eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase
- Refund available only if you have not accessed Pro-only content
- After 3 days or any Pro content access: No refund, cancel anytime
- No partial refunds for unused months
3. What Counts as "Pro Content Access"?
Accessing any of the following Pro-only features makes your subscription non-refundable:

4. How to Request a Refund
Email your request to:

- Reason for refund request
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. For Razorpay (India), this may take up to 7 banking days. For Stripe (international), 5-10 business days.
5. Cancellation (Not the Same as Refund)
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your Portal Settings.
What happens when you cancel:
- No future charges will occur
- You keep Pro access until your billing period ends
- No partial refunds for remaining days/months
- You can re-subscribe anytime
6. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeat refund requests from the same user
- Clear intent to exploit the refund policy
- Accessing Pro content and then requesting a refund
- Chargeback fraud (disputing legitimate charges)
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or refunds
Users who abuse our refund policy may be permanently banned from the platform. We maintain logs of all Pro content access to verify refund eligibility.
7. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion for:
- Technical issues: Our service was genuinely unavailable
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Unauthorized transactions: With proof of account compromise
