6- Design and optimize conversation flows across web, mobile, and voice platforms
- Create intents, entities, and dialogue schemas; maintain voice persona guidelines
- Prototype interactions using Voiceflow, Framer, and Webflow
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on AI-driven insights
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to implement AI-ready components
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across languages and locales
